Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Above Ground Imagery provides professional aerial photography, videography, and drone capture services. All services are subject to weather conditions, FAA regulations, and local permit requirements.

Booking and Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
Final payment is due upon delivery of completed work
Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled shoot may forfeit deposit
Weather-related rescheduling is done at no additional cost

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use delivered images and videos for agreed-upon purposes. Above Ground Imagery retains copyright and may use work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability Limitations

While we carry comprehensive liability insurance, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for delays or failures due to weather, equipment malfunction, or circumstances beyond our control.

Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
