Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard projects. For large events or complex shoots, 3-4 weeks is ideal to ensure proper planning.
What happens if there's bad weather?
We monitor weather conditions closely and will reschedule if conditions aren't suitable for safe flying or optimal image quality. There's no additional charge for weather-related rescheduling.
How long does editing take?
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days. Rush delivery (24-48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Do you travel outside Portland?
Absolutely! We serve all of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Travel fees may apply for projects beyond 50 miles from Portland.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver photos in high-resolution JPEG and RAW formats. Video is provided in MP4 (H.264/H.265) with optional ProRes for professional editing workflows.
