1. Tell me about your project
Fill out the inquiry form with basic information like project type, date(s), equipment or shots needed, raw or finished footage, etc. If you don’t have all of the information off the bat, that’s totally fine. Submit what you have, and we’ll go from there.
2. Discuss deliverables, timeframe, & logistics
We’ll talk on the phone or meet as needed with the interested parties. I’m happy to interface directly with clients or to be behind the scenes. After we get all the nitty gritty details sorted, everything gets added to the calendar and the project moves forward.
3. Capture
Communication is the most vital part of this entire process. I will touch base with the client, let them know when I’m leaving or arriving, confirm location and any other necessary details. I’ll be your boots on the ground (or in the air) as I capture the requested footage and/or images. Once the capture is completed, I clean up all equipment, confirm with the client that they’re satisfied, and head out.
4. Receive requested footage & images
Based on our agreed-upon deliverables, I gather any and all requested footage and images to send your way. If your team is doing post-production, I adjust all files to be in the required formats. This can be sent whatever way works best for you or your client (Dropbox, Google Drive, Thumb drive, etc). From there, you’re able to provide a top-notch final result for your client.
